Mountian Man
Well with hunting season coming up my husband goes into mountain man mode. He and his family got drawn for deer and turkey this year. I found a couple of pictures of him with his full facial hair. I'm not real fond of it but he thinks its kind of fun, whatever....The top one is on Lukes 1st birthday. Caleb and his dad had Bull elk tags here in the same unit we live in. This is over by Heber. His dad shot one and all the trees had fallen across the road from the fire and they spent several hours cutting trees and moving them, lucky for them it had snowed that night so they didn't get too warm!
The second picture is of Caleb and his dad. He is really close to his dad so he loves these pictures. They had deer in the bottom one, they love to hunt white tails! And these deer are seriously the smallest thing I have ever seen. I think his last deer the total weight of the meat was about 25 lbs! They are about the size of a large dog. I don't think there has been a year since I met Caleb that he has not left for a week in October to go hunt deer!

12 Weeks Old!
Well today Ryan is 12 weeks. We went to the doctor yesterday, poor kiddo had to get his shots (i know he was supposed to get them a month ago but the stupid receptionist at the Dr. office screwed up and scheduled us for when the Dr. was out of town so we got pushed way back...). Anyway, he is such a cutie, he smiles and smiles, epically at his daddy. He fake coughs to get Calebs attention and then smiles and coos at him. He was smiling at the nurse just as she poked him with the needle, needless to say she lost the smile.
My chubby kids.....
Ryan weighs 15 pounds and is 25 inches long, and he sleeps all night!
(at 12 weeks Luke was 16lbs 12 oz and 27 inches!)
At 2 years 9 months Luke is 37 lbs and 36 inches tall! and doesn't sleep all night!
He is almost potty trained too! Don't ask me how I did it because I didn't. I tried and tried and he would never work with me, then all of a sudden it has been 3 weeks since I have changed a poopy diaper of his and so I put him in underwear, and as long as he isn't engrossed in a movie or busy playing he will go pee in the potty! I am so excited! What a big boy!
I sure love my boys, they are so different but much fun!

House for sale
Well I am so sad to do this! We are putting our house up for sale. Caleb has less than 2 months left at the paper mill and we will be moving. So it must be done! If you know of anyone looking for a house send them our way! Everything is new in it. Seriously less than a year ago we replaced everything, kitchen cabinets, counter tops, appliances, laminate flooring, carpet, bathtubs and bathroom floors are tiled, EVERYTHING is new! This is probably the closest I was to ever having a NEW house and I picked out everything that I wanted to live with forever and now it will all be someone elses. I'm very sad because I think its all beautiful. Oh well....it just things right? sniff sniffHere is the Kitchen
It used to be so small but we added this strip of cabinets and moved the fridge, now there is TONS of room in there!
Master bath, I love this tile! We put it on the floor and liked it so much we decided to put it in the shower too, and it looks so awesome!
Anyway, if you know of anyone interested in a house, we are listing it for $135,000. 3 bedrooms 2 baths, a huge kitchen, family room and a living room. Approx. 1500 sq. ft. sniff sniff

Family Home Evening
Well this week Caleb was off so we decided to take Luke fishing Monday night. It was fun, but Luke got bored. We thought we would get some fish pretty easy where we went but they weren't really interested. We did get a couple of crawdads and the minnows were thankful for the food, but other than that, it was a bust! Oh well, I got some really cute pictures of Luke and Caleb.
What a sweet little family I have, (if I do say so myslef), and I am so glad these boys have such a fun daddy who will take them out to experience nature, even if they get tired of it before he does! Thanks honey!

Special Fast Sunday
Last week in sacrament meeting they read a letter from the Snowflake Stake Presidency regarding fast Sunday, well this week they wanted each member of the wards to have a copy of this letter. This letter really means alot to me so I am going to post it:
We ask all members and friends in our great community to join in a special fast and prayer Sunday, Aug 3, 2008 and thereafter.
First, on bended knee, may our gratitude for our homes, our livelihoods, and all that we have ascend up to the Lord of the Sabbath.
Second, even though economic conditions seem to be worsening everywhere, let us ask our Eternal Father in Heaven to soften the hearts of thos who have power over employment decisions. May the jobs we currently have be preserved. May families who currently seek employment be blessed to find it. May every home have "sufficient" for their needs. May the Lord God of Israel hear our pleas and grant our area to be a continued place of refuge.
Then let us covenant with our Heavenly Father to be obedient so we can claim His promise, "keep His commandments and He will prosper us in the Land."
How great it is that we have a Stake Presidency that really cares about its members! He sees the needs in the community and asks us to help each other. And how great it is to have a Heavenly Father who hears our prayers. I feel that my prayers have been heard as I listened to this letter being read last week, I was in tears. It has been such a depressing time for me and this has really helped me feel a little better. I understand that we may still have to move but at least I will know that we weren't alone, that people love and care about us and are willing to keep us in their prayers.
